Hyatt Place Dallas/North Arlington/Grand Prairie

Breakfast was lovely everyday. Kesha, our attendant was very professional, attentive to our needs, and extremely diligent with the entire breakfast bar area making sure all hot foods were monitored and refilled immediately. The only thing that would be better is if we had two of her. She also recommended us many local places to eat from as we come from out of town. This hotel has great staff and they have been very accommodating throughout my entire stay.

Dontae night front desk was absolutely amazing! From the moment I arrived, he was welcoming, professional, and incredibly helpful. His positive attitude and calm demeanor made the entire check-in process smooth and stress free. He went above and beyond to make sure all my needs were met and genuinely cared about providing excellent customer service. It’s rare to come across someone who is both efficient and kind, and Dontae truly stands out. He is a huge asset to the team .

We really enjoyed our stay here! The rooms were very clean and quiet, the staff was super nice, and the location was perfect. Loved the light breakfast in the mornings. Highly recommend!

I stayed at Hyatt Place Dallas/North Arlington, and while this wasn’t my first time staying with Hyatt, it was my first time staying in Arlington. Overall, it was an excellent experience. The room was spacious, clean, and very comfortable. I especially liked the soft couch area, which made the room feel more like home. The hotel was very quiet and nicely tucked off Highway 360. It’s close to the entertainment district but still feels peaceful. Being near DFW Airport and downtown Dallas made getting around easy. There are plenty of dining and activity options nearby, which made this a great place to stay.

The room was fine, the breakfast was decent. Not much of a bar but there is one very close by. The people at the front desk were probably not the most professional. Several times while walking by, they barely had time to look up from there phones.

Breakfast was great, clean rooms, nice sheets. Consistent with my expectations from hyatt place globally. Polite and kind staff.

This was the 3rd hotel I booked for my trip to TX. Other hotels were either rude to me over the phone or advertised false information about parking and breakfast. Booked a king room and it was great. Very clean, spacious, and quiet. No issues with the room AT ALL. Even the shower was clean and had built in soaps to use. Even the closet had an extra pillow so I didn't have to bother the staff. Breakfast is included and they have a lot of different options. The dining room and lobby are big and you can chill without feeling overcrowded. The staff was kind and helpful. My only complaint was one elevator was broken, but that's life. Thanks so much for the nice experience! Definitely staying here again if I visit Arlington in the future.

We had a wonderful stay! The staff was all very helpful and accommodating, and they made us feel very special and welcome. Definitely will stay here again when we are in the area!
